The nominees for the sixth edition of Mzantsi Jazz Awards (MJA) have bee announced ahead of the presentation ceremony at Soweto Theatre in Johannesburg, South Africa, on 22 August.

The event seeks to celebrate and recognise the rich heritage and contribution of jazz music, jazz artists and radio stations in the country.
The Best Jazz Album, Best Jazz Song, Best International Jazz Album/Artist and Best Radio Station Playing Jazz categories are open for public voting. To vote, SMS 40439.
